This portion of the course is based on the work of Brené Brown‘s Dare to Lead™ program.  The material is anchored in 15 years of research on leadership practices that have proven effective in creating environments fostering creativity, innovation, accountability and trust. 

Together we will learn the 4 foundational pillars of “Daring Leadership”.
