Anna M Cuglietta

MBA, CEC, PCC

Dare to Lead™ Facilitator and Executive Leadership Coach

With over 20 years of experience as a senior Human Resources leader, Anna has experience building engaging cultures and supporting leaders in their path to growth and success. She is trained as a Performance Coach, a Certified Executive Coach as well as a Group and Team Coach from Royal Roads University, and the co-founder of Women Leading.

Anna was selected to participate in Brené Brown’s Daring Way™ Facilitator Training in 2017 and is one of the first facilitators trained in the Dare to Lead™program in Canada. Anna has experience training and coaching leaders and teams in public, private and not-for profit organizations in healthcare, education, transportation and construction.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Alberta and has completed the Queen’s Executive Development program (HR). Having worked in leadership positions in various industries, Anna is passionate about supporting the growth and mentorship of female leaders in Canada.

Carla Cuglietta

BPE, BEd, MA in  Global Leadership

Carla Cuglietta is an award-winning educator, facilitator, and keynote speaker focused on leadership development. She is President of IN.FORM, a leadership development company that works across industry and all levels of government, she is also the Co-Founder of YoungLeaders.World, a global non-profit that has conducted leadership training with over 30,000 people worldwide.

In 2018-2019, Carla conducted an extensive 18-month global discovery project across 15 countries, focused on understanding the rapidly evolving world of work. Over the last 23 years her leadership projects have included work in Canada, China, India, Sierra Leone and Uganda.

Carla has been awarded the Canadian Prime Minister’s Certificate of Achievement and the University of Alberta Alumni of Distinction, the YWCA Woman of Distinction, and the Lions Club International Humanitarian Award for her leadership work. Carla is a graduate from the University of Alberta (BEd., BPE) and holds a Masters in Global Leadership from Royal Roads University.

Dr. Lois Harder

Ph.D Political Sciences

Lois Harder is the Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Professor of Political Science at the University of Victoria, where her leadership is dedicated to advancing institutional aims surrounding Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI); Indigenization; and environmental sustainability across nine diverse departments and schools. Lois holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from York University.

Lois' thought leadership centers on the intersection of gender and the state. Her work explores how family law and citizenship regulate intimate life. She is the author, co-author or editor of six books, as well as numerous academic articles and popular commentaries. 

 Lois previously served as the Principal of the Peter Lougheed Leadership College at the University of Alberta (2018–2021), where she focused on delivering impactful leadership development programs to the university community. Her diverse experience, including a Fulbright Professorship and roles as a department chair and associate dean, underscores her commitment to both academic rigor and institutional advancement, particularly in areas related to social equity and diverse governance.

In addition to her academic work, Lois is an avid amateur musician, playing violin in the Victoria Chamber Orchestra regularly and in chamber music ensembles whenever the opportunity arises.
